We offer free tools and downloadable resources (including RACI templates, EAC calculators, risk registers, and printable lyric sheets) in exchange for your email address. By downloading these resources:

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own internal business purposes
• You may not resell, sublicence, or distribute these resources to third parties
• You may not represent our frameworks as your own proprietary methodology
• Attribution to Purple Peppercorn or The Delivery Director is appreciated but not required for internal use

4. Educational content disclaimer

Content published on our websites and YouTube channels — including all Delivery Director videos, articles, frameworks, and templates — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

This content does not constitute professional advice. It does not create a client relationship, advisory relationship, or any professional engagement between you and Purple Peppercorn Pty Ltd or its principals.

5. Advisory services

Engagement of Purple Peppercorn Pty Ltd for advisory services (including Fractional Portfolio Director, Programme Health Check, and Board Advisory Retainer services) is governed by a separate engagement agreement entered into between the parties. These Terms of Use do not constitute or modify any such engagement agreement.

6. Kids content

Purple Peppercorn kids content is designed for children aged 0–5 and is suitable for family viewing. All nursery rhyme adaptations are original works based on public domain source material. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our websites and associated platforms.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our websites for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our websites
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content at scale
• Impersonate Purple Peppercorn or The Delivery Director on any platform

8. Third-party platforms

Our content is distributed across third-party platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and Instagram. Use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of those platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Purple Peppercorn Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our websites or reliance on our content. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed AUD $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
